Main Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery: Lead engaging and interactive project management training sessions, workshops, and seminars for various client teams.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify their distinct project management training requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Cross-Cultural Integration: Use your bilingual skills to ensure training materials and delivery methods cater seamlessly to multilingual audiences.

What we expect from you:
- Native Fluency in Japanese: A thorough understanding and fluency in Japanese is crucial for ensuring that our training programs deeply resonate with our Japanese clientele.
- Working Knowledge of English: Proficiency in designing, communicating, and collaborating in English is essential, given our diverse clientele and international team.
