About the role
We are on the lookout for a Japanese native speaking Training Program Designer, proficient in English, to play a pivotal role within our consulting team. In this capacity, you will create bespoke training programs for our diverse clientele, aiding them in their business transformation initiatives. Leveraging your deep understanding of Japanese business culture and expertise in training design, you will craft programs that resonate, educate, and transform.
Main Responsibilities
- Training Program Design: Create tailored training programs, courses, and materials in both Japanese and English, ensuring they align with client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to identify training needs, understand business challenges, and ensure the training program aligns with their transformation goals.
- Cross-Cultural Integration: Use your linguistic skills to design training materials that cater to multilingual audiences, ensuring clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Evaluation and Iteration: Regularly review the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics, refining them for better results and relevance.
- Stay Updated: Remain abreast with the latest training methodologies, tools, and technologies, ensuring that the programs you design are cutting-edge and impactful.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with trainers, facilitators, and other consultants to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of the designed programs.
- Documentation: Produce detailed training manuals, online resources, and other educational materials to support the training initiatives.
What we expect from you
- Native Fluency in Japanese: An innate cultural understanding and linguistic mastery in Japanese is paramount to craft training programs that resonate with our Japanese clientele.
- Working Knowledge of English: The capability to design, converse, and collaborate in English is essential, considering our diverse clientele and team.
- Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in training program design, preferably within a consultancy or business transformation context.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Certifications in instructional design or training development are a distinct advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with training design tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring the creation of modern and engaging training content.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to assess training needs, analyze feedback, and interpret performance metrics to continuously refine training programs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training content based on evolving client needs, feedback, and changing business landscapes.
- Cultural Sensitivity: A deep grasp of both Japanese and Western business dynamics, allowing you to craft training programs that cater to diverse audiences.
